I met our Brightway agency owner at a coffee shop close to our agency for my interview. The setting of the coffee shop was very casual and peaceful making our introduction to one another very comfortable. We talked about the Brightway company, how things are handled and what they were looking for in an agent to work for them. In turn we also discussed what I was looking for in an Agency. This made me even more interested in working for Brightway because it made me feel like I mattered. My opinion was important to the Brightway Agency Owner and I mattered. What a great feeling!

Results based but ultimately friendly and focused on finding a win win outcome. A good infrastructure to help someone grow and a good leveled process along the way. Met with many key stakeholders.
