Very standard interview process. Initial interview was over the phone. Following the phone interview there were an additional 3 in person interviews, each with two people. The questions are fairly standard and straight forward. They aren't trying to trick you, just determine if you're a good fit. They are generally friendly and seem to have a pretty strong team atmosphere.

HR was very clear and responsive to all of my questions. After the phone screening, and initial office interview, there was a three part interview which included a writing sample. They want you to showcase your personality, be yourself!
