Poor and unprofessional interviewing skills. I doubt Brightline will ever become successful. This is a train company trying to run as a hotel; a model prone to fail. My interviewer who eventually would have been my direct manager seemed threatened with my experience and did not know how to go by in interviewing me. I believe he felt that soon I could have taken his position. Very poor management thinking.
