Brightidea reached out via LinkedIn. I had phone screens with BrightIdea this month and have a very positive experience overall. Really straightforward and transparent process. Chatted with a recruiter who asked about my experience and background, and who sold the position really well. I talked to the VP/hiring manager on a second phone screen and felt like he did a great job both empathizing with what I was looking for and tangibly describing what the impact of the role he was hiring for would be for the company. Very professional organization from the top down. I didn't get an offer with Brightidea because of timing. I had an offer with another company I was connected to via a mentor and was already far along in the process with a job that I couldn't pass up. I'm very happy for whoever Brightidea ultimately decides to hire for this role.
