2 stage process with an assessment and a straightforward 2 person interview. Friendly interviewers. The competency based assessment required you to carry out invoice categorising and filtering work akin to the work required of the role.

Very positive experience; interview structure matched the extensive preparatory information provided and was enjoyable and stress-free throughout. All my questions were answered in details and it lasted about 50 minutes

How do your skills align with the competencies required for the role?
The process consisted of an initial interview with the Talent Partner, a take home assessment and then a final interview with two senior team members. All interviews were conducted over Zoom. Questions were focused on past experience, skills and competencies.
