The recruiter reached out to me regarding the position in Cleveland, Ohio. I did a phone interview and an in-person interview. The in-person interview was alright, I thought it was strange that I had to call him for a phone interview since I was there on site. Then I had to do a writing sample for them. I thought this was strange so I did complete. They came back and said I had to many "Grammatical" errors and they would not offer a position. The first time I had to do a writing test for a collections job. Overall, a very weird process and did not get useful feedback.
