Let me also share with you the interview process: (1) Flex your coding skills The first step in the interview process is a coding assignment, to be completed in a 48-hour period. The assignment typically takes a couple of hours, but given the fact that your schedule is filled with other commitments, we provide a range of time to complete the assignment. (2) Phone interview Following the coding assignment, we will schedule a set of phone interviews. For these phone interviews, I highly recommend researching our company to be as prepared as possible. In these phone interviews, there will be both technical and behavioral questions asked, but it is also a time for you to ask any questions that you have about the company and the position. (3) In-House interview For the last step in the interview process, you will be invited in-house to BrightEdge's headquarters in San Mateo, CA. It will be a full day session where you will get a chance to meet the team, visit the office, and spend one full working day with the engineering team.
