Interview was great, very informative & thorough however after accepting the job discovered that the RN that interviewed had no control over how the nursing staff were treated by managers above them with zero medical or mental health education or background

Interviewed by nursing supervisor. Received overall review of duties to be performed. Shared my experience and skills. Interview was very laid back, more like an open conversation than a formal interview. Was asked about my availability and then offered the job.
