I was contacted about the role by their internal recruiter. I responded with my interest right away, but got no followup. A month went by. Then I was contacted again asking if I was still interested. We set up an interview. The interview was a pretty casual conversation about what the company is involved in and what they need. No technical questions asked at all. I followed up with the recruiter right after the interview saying I was interested. I never heard back and another month has gone by.
