I applied online and received an email for a phone screening. After the phone screening, I was asked to come in for an interview a few days later. They told me to prepare a lesson plan for a working interview. At first, I sat down with the directors and interviewed. The questions were pretty basic - mostly about experience with children, opinions on early education, etc. Then, I did my lesson plan (reading a story with a game& activity afterwards) as one of them supervised. The two women who interviewed me were friendly and told jokes throughout the process. I believe I didn't get an offer because I do not have a degree in Early Ed.
