For the "phone screen" I was asked to do a virtual interview. I was asked three questions and my responses were recorded. I thought it was pretty lame that they couldn't have someone take 15 minutes to do a phone screen. The interviewer was in a cafeteria or something when he recorded his side of the questions and it looked unprofessional.
