I submitted a standard application and passed resume screen first. Then, in first round, I was given an open ended question about society and asked to discuss with other interviewees and interviewers.

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
