The actually called me for a different job than I applied to, several weeks later. I did the Admin Blitz and had an interview afterward. The first part of the day was a case study in a group setting where I did very well and was ranked highest in the group. The second part was watching culture videos. The third part was talking about ourselves and their culture in the group. Then we had lunch, and myself and one other person were asked to stay for other interviews, and two people were let go.
