phone screen, then superday at main campus. brutally efficient honesty. was informed that it was "unlike any other recruiting process" and was "conversational" in fact, it was argumentative and focused directly on structured thinking. this is not a negative review, rather it is aligned with the company's culture in that they are sincerely focused on "the truth" had i expected essentially a superday of case interviews i would have prepared differently, but the feedback provided by the interview team was the best and most useful i've ever received.
