Got a call from recruiting consultancy for this role. First, the recruiting consultancy screened me by asking what was my weakness and accomplishments. Once they were satisfied, they forwarded my resume to BA. They arranged in house interview within 2 weeks. Nothing unusual, all questions are behavioral type. My advice - just be yourself and do your self analysis before appearing for the interview.
