The process is conducted by email for the first few steps. An anonymous intern will send a request for basic information, which is then followed by another machine-generated acknowledgement. The next email will provide the potential candidate's reference number with Bridgewater. The ATS will then forward an email containing a link to the "Bridgewater Experience" that is basically a Myers-Briggs assessment tool. Completion of that phase takes an hour or so.

Nice people - seemed to care a lot about finding the right people. Prepare a good bit and be ready to talk about relevant issues, they will want to hear about your past experience.
