The phone screen (zoom call) is pretty easy. There were few behavior questions asked throughout the process
For the on sight, there is an analytic component followed by a group panel. Feels like a consulting interview. There was also a Q&A question in the end.

Very positive experience. Three other candidates were in the same interview with me and the interview was in a discussion format. Two FTEs gave us a "philosophical question" as they stated and we discussed about it
Super interesting and philosophical discussions with a few other candidates, whole process was half a day long. The discussion was very much non-technical but focused on thought and reasoning
