I met with the team and introduced myself, as they did and we got to know each other. Each one of them explained their roles to me and the position in more detail. I described my experience and how I felt I could benefit the team. It was a very relaxed environment and a comfortable process. They also reviewed my previous design work and regarded my experience as a designer as a benefit. Since I would have to relocate, we discussed time-frames of that process as well.
