Recruited through headhunters. 2 day testing and interview sessions for qualified applicants. Hiring manager and HR representative flew out to local area from Des Moines. The hiring team gave a brief presentation on the company history and the position they were hiring for to a conference room of about 40 or so candidates. Top scoring test candidates were selected that afternoon and informed of their interviews the next day.
