Had 2 phone interviews and 2 one on one interviews. The process was very typical of most company interviews. The first phone interview was from HR over the phone, a few weeks passed and they called back to set up a phone interview and then a week after that they set up an on sight interview. The on sight interviews were very relaxed and situational questions and describing your current job.
