One interview with 2 people, where there were a few set questions but mostly a conversation about skills, goals and needs from the workplace and interviewee. Interviewers were infighting the entire time, and the job description wasn't actually what I ended up interviewing for, as they were using it to get applicants for several open positions, none of which were written down and passed along. Follow up interview that was actually an offer where they wanted me to accept immediately on the spot. Upon asking to review the benefits package and offer on my own time and for a week to evaluate against other offers, the offer was revoked the next morning.
