Did two rounds of interviews before being ghosted. Interview itself was fine but you could tell there are a lot of red flags in the workplace. Most of my 2nd interview the interviewer complained about people working remotely too often or abusing WFH time (meanwhile revealed that she only goes into office 1 day a week when the policy was 3 days a week). Talked about how the CEO would make demanding requests at the end of the work day, that you could be called with "emergencies" after hours, and so on. Overall, not sad they ghosted me at all.
