Yes, sometimes you will spend a few hours with us; however, we typically provide an estimate of how long your day will be, and we rarely exceed those estimates. Based on feedback, in lieu of scheduling multiple meetings, our invitations are typically for one morning (or afternoon) to minimize the need for multiple calls or visits. Whether by phone or video, multiple meetings across different days can be disruptive. With that being said, whether it’s 30 minutes or 3 hours, it’s important that you feel the time is productive. We strive to be thorough – whether it’s providing total rewards info before the end of an initial conversation or getting to know you and offering insight into a role from the team members with whom you would be collaborating.
