1 to 1 interview on Zoom. The person in charge mainly asked about whether you think you are capable for the role. There will be second round interview if you have been selected.

It was pretty informal, one to one with the founder, on Zoom. The founder mainly asked about whether you think you are capable for the role, and to forewarn you with her disdain for the younger generation. It seems as though she bear some grudge against local university graduates who are privileged, and I have no idea which local university graduate previously offended her for her to assume that all of us only study in school.
