The interviewer is very friendly and polite, he will describe the job scope, and tell you about the position need rotation shift (Day and Night). Can ask any question you want to know.

If your profile matches their requirements—especially for roles involving electrical or data center experience—an HR representative will contact you for an initial screening. This usually covers your current salary, notice period, availability, and basic background.
If shortlisted, you'll be invited for a technical interview with an engineering lead or site manager. This session focuses on your knowledge of electrical systems like UPS, generators, LV/MV panels, and your ability to handle emergency and routine procedures (SOP/EOP). They may also assess your certification validity, especially if you hold Chargeman A4 or B0.
