First, you have to take a drug test before you can full out an application. If you pass you have to fill out a paper app. Then you go into a room with one other candidate and take a personality test. They say it doesn't matter, but it really does. The test takes about 3 hours. After they look at your results, you get interviewed by the DON or one of the owners. Its a basic CNA interview nothing different.
