      I was interviewed by the HR manger first and senior category manager. The process took around 40-50mins. The HR manager asked some general questions. The Sr. category manager asked more questions about my experiences and try to see how it'd fit the requirement of this position.

      This was the most unprofessional recruitment process I have ever been. Started with scheduling an interview 10 days ahead, which is completely strange. After the first interview I had to prepare a case study for the second round. The hiring manager was 20 minutes late. Couple of questions about the presentation and then a third round was scheduled with HR. After a third interview I was requested 2 references and a medical exam? At this point there was no clarity on how long the process was nor the salary that would be included in the offer. Also worth mentioning I was ghosted by 3 different people at Breville. Avoid this company.

      I'm sorry to hear you feel you had a negative experience. I will try to answer each of your points, but if you would like to discuss more, please email our Talent Team at careers@breville.com Interview Scheduling - We attempt to give our candidates adequate notice of interview. If we arranged the interview 8 days in advance it would have been due to requiring a time that suited both candidate and manager. Sometimes our managers have committed events during the week and/or are on leave. Hiring Manager late - While this is a rare occasion, I agree this is not ideal and do sincerely apologise as we understand that you cleared your diary for the interview. I also believe the manager apologised during your interview. Assessment - For some roles (such as Data and/or Category Analyst) we do request a simple case study assessment. These assessments help us understand a candidates' technical and skill level (i.e., data analysis) and how a candidate would approach real-life scenarios. References and medical assessment - These are standard requests. Salary and timelines- Salary and timelines of the role were discussed in the interview stage multiple times (at least two) during the process so I would disagree with your comment here. You were notified that we were not progressing with your application, but I am sorry if you felt "ghosted" as this was not the case.
