There wasn't a face-to-face. Just show up for the test-doesn't matter if you pass or fail- and then show up to the practical, finger-printing and drug test and you're in there.

As previously stated, they didn't hold a formal interview which I believe is a big error on their behalf for not screening the people they let in.
