After tonnes of email, the overdressed HR agreed for an interview, took them 3 months after the interview to get back to me. Very disappointing experience! HR interview first, then a manager and a technical guy (electrical). The manager told me that he needed people with PLC experience, clearly these people did not screen my resumes properly. The questions were all generic, but I was getting the impression that they just wanted to prove I was not the right candidate.
