Relaxed atmosphere with 2 people performing interview. Director was very straight forward and amicable. Gave expectations of position and opportunities that were available. Also, encouraged input from staff for various research studies. Site ended up closing and most likely due to lack of support from doctors who wanted to focus mainly on their practice and less on research studies.
