Interview process was smooth and everyone on staff seemed great! They seemed generally interested and listened to everything I said. I ended up not having the right qualifications for the job,
There was such a long interview process with 5 interviews. Met with the Chapter Executive Director for the last interview and never heard back either way about the job. Recruitment and the interview process need revitalization.
The interview process good. I had a good conversation with the interviewer but she did most of the talking and she barely asked me any questions. i haven't heard back from them since then.

Super slow interview process with multiple rounds each step of the way. But they were communicative throughout so I what was happening. Nothing else to say here but need a minimum of 30 words for glassdorr.
