Even the Head of Engineering seemed more interested in hearing himself talk rather than engaging in a meaningful discussion. Technically, they are not impressive at all, and they won’t even bother to get back to you.

Good, they were friendly and supportive during the process and the hiring process took three months in advance for the job, the HR guy was so friendly and professional.
The system design was rejectable process
The interview process consists of three stages: a phone interview with HR, an online technical interview covering problem-solving and database-related questions, and an online interview with the engineering manager focusing on behavioral questions and team collaboration.
