I had a 6 rounds of interview. 1) First round is HR screening - 30 minutes 2) Second round is onsite hiring Manager round - 50 minutes 3) Offshore Senior Manager Round - 30 minutes 4) Technical Exam - 1 hour 5) Offshore Senior Manager Round again - 50 minutes 6) Offshore Senior Director Round - 20 minutes One strange thing to me is they asked me to come for face to face round at their office in Bangalore. But they are ready to give travel charges and accommodation charges and I bare my charges. HR is telling that they don't have policy to do all these things. This is a lie. If there is no policy in the company why they are asking for face to face. In this digital world there are many options to do video rounds if they want to verify my face. At last, I got a surprising and shocking feedback after clearing all 6 rounds is "Unfortunately, your candidature is not matching with the requirement at this point of time".
