Phone call with recruiter as a first step which I was able to schedule through Calendly. Next steps were 2 Virtual Interviews. The recruiter was the point of contact for scheduling and was very accommodating.

They will plaster on the fake smiles and push you along the process. I was told not to worry about not hearing from them due to a holiday/long weekend. Ultimately they are like so many others and ghosted. I would not recommend.
