The process was fast to move whilst they still wanted to interview me, i.e. I heard feedback on moving forwards within 1-2 days. Interviews were often short 30 mins or so, started with recruitment, then hiring manager, and then peer interviews. I didn't progress past that. I was told interviews would be to discuss the role and my experience, and during the interview technical and situational questions were asked. The overall process and steps were not clear and so it was difficult to understand how far I had progressed. I was often asked the same questions across all interviews with slightly different phrasing. There wasn't detailed feedback from interviews which was disappointing to me.
