Disappointing at best. Not that I didn't end up getting the offer but their complete lack of respect for my time. Their recruiting and management team's lack of communication, extension of the process weeks beyond original expectations and then showing no respect for a candidate by closing the loop with me. I was a finalist and they couldn't even reply to my or my recruiters emails. Final step involved a presentation but they don't provide any written instructions for what they were looking for specifically. Extremely disorganized. Disappointed I spent so much of my time on the process with Braze but feel like I dodged a bullet. Highly recommend AVOIDING Braze!
