Entrevista
Quite long winded. Initial application with questions, then video application and finally in person group and individual interview during a recruitment evening. Easy enough but seemed excessive for a 10 hour a week position.
video interview, afterwards had to go into the shop to do an individual assessment with exercises on what to do in different scenarios, also do groups activities and finally to an interview wit the manager

if a client gets emotional and cries while trying on the underwear how would you deal with the situation?
I was very relaxed and fun, informal review which focuses on personality and interpersonal skills. No advanced experience is needed but a fun and friendly attitude and being hard working.
