Really great to have such an indepth interview process spread over around 4 hours. Although that seems long I would much rather that then return to subsequent interviews. It gave me a chance to really learn about the brand and decide if it was the right fit for myself. Process was fun and the interviewing panel of three people really presented the brand in a positive light. Interview process was broken down in to a number of small challenges which get you thinking and having fun as well!
