Entrevista
The first round of discussions were with the recruitment manager and hiring manager. Following that were 2 case studies related to the job role. The final round of interviews were 2.5 hours of back to back google meets with leaders across technology, HR, consumer lending and the CEO. The interviews were designed to not only identify if I was the right fit for the role, but to also ensure I learned well about the role, the people I would be working with and the company culture.

Entrevista
I had an initial call with the recruiter followed by a case study. The final step was a 2.5 hour interview with senior leadership at Braviant.
I got all answers to my questions in a timely manner. The team made an effort to really understand my career aspirations and whether I would be happy at Braviant instead of just conducting a one way evaluation. To summarize it was a very friendly, professional, transparent and well structured interview process!
