The interview process was very efficient and streamlined. I submitted my resume and a week later was sent some blind interview questions. I completed those questions and another week later I was scheduled for a phone interview. The phone interview was very standard. Why Braskem, salary expectations, the usual 15-20 get to know you screening. I was told it would be another week before I heard back, but a couple days later I was invited to a virtual panel interview. The virtual interview was with Manager, peer, and HR partner. My panel was very easy going and the conversation flowed smoothly. I'd say it lasted around an hour. I was told a final decision would be made in a week. Well lo and behold a few days later I was offered the job. Easily one of the smoothest interview processes I've ever been involved. 4/5.
