The interview was in 3 stages; an initial, light-hearted conversation with HR and then 2 further discussions. The 2nd was an in depth discussion about my work history and the final interview was a lengthy call, all based on 'tell me about a time' questions. The interviewers were all very polite and professional. The final interview was fairly challenging as it requires a lot of prep, but overall I found the process thorough and positive.

The people that I met were all really upbeat, enthusiastic and friendly. I felt at ease during each stage as the interviews were conversational and focused more on my approaches to the role rather than a right/wrong answer. I came away from the final stage feeling uplifted and energised which is always a good thing. My one criticism would be that whilst the process had few stages, the time to make a decision was on the longer side as they were interviewing quite a few candidates. It was 2.5 weeks between my final interview and hearing the outcome. However, the detailed feedback was worth the wait in the end and I would consider future positions at Brandwatch if they became available.
