The worst interview experience ever. Horrible time management, expected me to postpone/pre-pone even in-person interviews last minute. The CEO left the interview within 15 minutes and told me he would return only to make me wait for an hour and half and then someone else informed me he would not be coming back, completely wasting my time. Another interview with someone else was just as useless. Did not ask me about my experience or skills at all. Instead asked random hypothetical questions, The worst was asking me how much I paid for my masters to judge if hiring me would be a good "Investment". As if the amount someone pays for their education is directly proportional to how talented they are. The rest of the interviews were similarly poorly structured. There was no flow, no set, not even the courtesy to ask the candidate if they had follow up questions. I had to remind them that I have a few questions too. And when I asked about company/work culture, I was given useless, vague non-answers. The interviews were evidence enough I do not want anything to do a company as mismanaged as this that has no value of another persons time or the ability to effectively evaluate someone's skills.
