My recruiter screening was abruptly cancelled day of (I think the recruiter was let go) so hiring manager rescheduled initial screening. He was warm and painted Branch as a very mission driven, collaborative organization. The second round was a case assignment. After spending a considerable time working on it, I was sent an email 2 days after submission that I was rejected. Asked for feedback and didn't get a response which was bad practice since I prepared to present it to the Marketing team.
