Thank you so much for your feedback, and I am deeply sorry you had a negative experience. We (and I, especially) take this feedback very seriously, and it's important that every candidate have a stellar experience regardless of whether it's a fit. Today I met with our recruiting team and the hiring manager to figure out what went wrong and how we can fix it. It came down to a broken process combined with bandwidth limits, so we're changing the process immediately (today) to ensure that it doesn't happen again and have transitioned the candidate management to one of our recruiters.
