Was contacted to set up a phone interview. The interviewer was 20 minutes late calling. Interview lasted approximately 20-25 minutes where the interviewer outlined the company and what the position entailed as well as gauging my skills and abilities. The interviewer asked me if I was interested in continuing the process and told me that I would have another phone interview with a hiring manager and local sales manager and if that went well, a final interview at corporate HQ. The interviewer told me that I would hear from someone to set up the second phone interview in a couple of days - that was 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried to follow up with all contacts via email to no avail - ghosted. Extremely unprofessional on the part of BPI to tell me that they wanted me to continue the process and not even have the common courtesy to send me a rejection email. If you don’t want to follow through with an applicant - tell them.
