This is definitely a scam. I've never heard of a freelance website that has to do a recorded interview just for you to access their website. Against my better judgment, I decided to do the interview but the interviewer did not show up. I waited for 15 minutes and left the call. Hours later she claimed that she was trying to add me to the call but that doesn't make sense because I was already on it. Also, why would she wait hours to tell me that? I even question the legitimacy of the jobs listed on their website as they offer very high pay for very young startups. Delete your account with them and look for legitimate opportunities elsewhere.
