Basic process. Phone call followed by zero communication whatsoever. I'm totally cool with not getting the job but I don't think there's an excuse for not sending a follow up email. Even not hearing back after submitting a resume is fair game in my book. But speaking with someone for nearly an hour on the phone, preparing and taking time out of work to have an interview should warrant some sort of follow up communication. Even the most basic companies have automated emails saying the generic "your not the right fit". Just send me something! Pretty pathetic from such a tech savvy company. And I'll probably get some sort of response from the company on glassdoor saying "we normally try hard to give each candidate the respect they deserve" or some lame excuse. Whatever. I'm over this place. Don't believe the hype. It's gone way downhill after PayPal acquisition from what I've heard
