Given a timed coding assignment to complete in three hours Upon completing the assignment and passing, was interviewed by upper member. Was told my resume was never read. Went through basic informational session about how the company actually performed business. I appreciated the openness. The rest of the interview consisted of some pretty unstructured and somewhat disappointing question and answer processes.
