I interviewed twice with a Brainworks principal and with the CEO for the client company. At first the interactions with the Brainworks personnel were fine. They prepared a little for the CEO's interview and asked that I reconnect with them afterwards. The CEO interview was fine. I phoned Brainworks and left a message regarding my assessment of the interview. I asked for them to let me know the status. They have never gotten back in touch. I have left two messages and still nothing. The firm shows a lack of consideration and respect, and their behavior is unprofessional regardless of the outcome of the hiring process. I would not recommend using this firm as a recruiter.
