Q: A case study in Round 3. Will be given 24 hours to perform

Entrevista
I had 5 rounds for the process
Round 1: HR screening call. Very simple, like to know your background.
Round 2: Manager call. Asks 2 brief real-life strategy questions. She asked me questions about my background and problem-solving skills.
Round 3,4,5 are super days.
A business case is provided 24 hours prior to the super day.
Round 3: R&D director and manager video call. Explain the case and expect few questions on them.
Round 4: Manager one on one. Here we get to ask our questions to the company. Explanation of the pipeline.
Round 5: Brady's Director call. Real-life strategy case study.
The process took 4 weeks and very smooth. HR was very responsive and interviews could be scheduled according to convenience.
